Description of the mechanism of conversion:
1. The standard HTML form to edit data. It may contain as a minimum set of type: text fields, check the option (checkbox), images (bit maps)
2. Action CGI generates the XML control file generation in PDF format.
3. PDF file generation takes a Java program that uses a service package LibreOffice conversion.
4. The resulting PDF file directly accessible Web site or sent by e-mail.
